  • Transportation assistance
  • Chaplain services
  • Hospice
  • Home care
  • Psychosocial support
  • Survivorship
  • Palliative Care

Know that you are not alone

A cancer diagnosis is overwhelming, but our cancer navigators are here to help you get through the treatment process as smoothly and stress-free as possible. Everything you need for your cancer journey can be provided by Infirmary Cancer Care or through our network of community resources. Our cancer navigators are compassionate guides, trusted sources of information and advocates for you.
